These terms govern your use of Reelstory, operated by Reelstory Media Ltd.. By creating an account or watching content you agree to them.

Your account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Reelstory Pass

A pass gives access to every episode for the period you buy. A pass paid by mobile money is paid once and does not renew automatically; buying another pass while one is active adds its period to the end of the current one.

A weekly, monthly or yearly pass paid by card is a subscription: it renews automatically at the end of each period and your card is charged the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Mobile money payments are made in Tanzanian shillings through our payment provider, Snippe. Card payments are made in US dollars through Polar, which sells card subscriptions as our reseller (merchant of record) and may add sales tax where it applies. Your purchase is delivered once the provider confirms the payment.

Acceptable use

• Don't copy, record, redistribute or publicly perform our content.
• Don't share accounts or circumvent locks and payment.
• Don't interfere with the service or other viewers.
